John Anthony Salon provides senior living communities with personalized salon services throughout metro Detroit. They were in serious need of an updated website to better inform visitors of their services and a new backend system to keep their salons running smoothly. The new system needed to function efficiently to aid in billing, customer and stylist management, appointments and location-specific information.

A more efficient way to manage multiple salons

The newly built system gave John Anthony Salon the ability to manage multiple locations more easily, attaching relevant details to each including customer and stylist information such as services, pricing, customer preferences, etc.

Admins were also provided the ability to process payments as services are marked complete by the stylists. When transactions were processed, customers or their designated family members could be invoiced if credit cards were not on file.

An improvement in user experience increases site traffic

In addition to John Anthony Salon’s new backend system, we were able to make significant improvements to their public-facing site. Their existing website was dark, lacked imagery and wasn’t responsive, making for a less than ideal experience for their visitors. We were able to brighten their site with the use of the blues and greens from their logo, high-quality photography and iconography, and a slight expansion on their story and current services available. YOY, we’ve seen a 41% increase in site visits, with organic traffic up 27%.
