When ERS came to us with a need to redesign their site, the main goals were to effectively communicate their unique real estate solutions and to generate leads. The previous site lacked a human connection and proper content, leaving visitors to feel uncomfortable and not ready to make an informed decision.

Aside from giving their social an overall tone and visual facelift, a major component of our social strategy for ERS was featuring new-construction communities from the states that they operate in. It helped demonstrate their reach to prospective buyers, show the quality relationships they have with their preferred builders, and create new interest on their page by capitalizing on the trend of showcasing well-designed homes on social media.

Exclusively concentrating on assisting individuals who want to buy new-construction homes, the realty company needed to be able to easily share what sets them apart from your traditional agency in a clean, succinct way.
